529,795 campaign emails in one quarter, all sent by the client's own team

We brought a landmark attraction's webstore and OTA bookings into one CRM, then handed its marketing team a platform it now runs on its own.

The challenge

What wasn't working

  • Bookings came from an on-premise webstore with no cloud API, and an OTA that only sends confirmation emails.
  • With no single guest list, there was no easy way to market to past visitors.
  • The team wanted to run its own campaigns, without waiting on a vendor.

The solution

What we did

  1. Webstore bookings

A small script on the client's side pushes each booking to us, with no access to their network needed.

  2. OTA bookings

Confirmation emails are auto-forwarded, parsed and added to the CRM.

  3. Self-serve campaigns

We set up guest journeys and surveys, then trained the team to build and send its own campaigns.

  4. Built for big sends

Large campaigns run in parallel without slowing the platform down.
