Google review AI analysis

Google review AI analysis where every answer shows its evidence.

Falcon uses AI to read every Google review of every store, classify it against your own themes, find the specific issues customers raise and summarise them, and it keeps the exact words behind every label so your team can check.

The problem

What gets in the way

Generic AI summaries

"Customers like the staff but mention wait times" is true of every store in the country. It does not say which store, which queue or since when.

Answers you cannot check

AI tools that summarise reviews rarely show which reviews they used. When a number looks wrong, nobody can tell why.

Categories that do not fit

Off-the-shelf categories mix your problems with everyone else's. A jewellery chain and a pizza chain do not share a taxonomy.

How it works

From every review to the next step

  1. Classify against your taxonomy

AI classifies each review against your own themes and sub-themes; each label must cite the exact words in the review that support it, or it is not kept.

  2. Find specific issues

Complaints within each sub-theme are grouped into specific issues, each titled and summarised from the evidence.

  3. Ask and check

Ask Talon questions in plain language and get analyses that show their steps, with the reviews behind each answer.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Falcon use AI on Google reviews?

A multilingual language model and embeddings classify each review against your taxonomy, an LLM confirms labels with an exact quote from the review, and clustering groups complaints into specific issues that are then titled and summarised.

How do we know the AI is right?

Every label carries the exact words from the review that support it, and every number opens the reviews behind it. Labels without a valid supporting quote are retried and otherwise fall back to the embedding classification; uncertain assignments are flagged.

Does the AI invent categories?

Themes and sub-themes come from your taxonomy. Specific issues within them are discovered from the reviews, so they reflect what your customers write.

What does Ask Talon do?

It answers questions about your customers' feedback with analyses computed from the classified reviews, showing its steps. When no theme grounds the question, it falls back to a text search and says so.

Which review sources does Falcon cover?

Google Maps reviews of your stores and Google Play reviews of your app.
