The problem
What gets in the way
The star rating moves last
Google's score is an average of every rating, so a growing problem shows up in it slowly, after many customers have noticed.
Hundreds of profiles to read
Each store's reviews sit on its own Business Profile. Nobody can read them all, so problems are found by accident.
Stars without reasons
A four-star review that complains about the queue counts as good news in a rating report.
How it works
From every review to the next step
Bring in each store's reviews
Falcon collects the public Google Maps reviews for every location.
Measure sentiment per topic
Each review is split into the themes it mentions, each with its own sentiment and supporting quote.
See which stores are slipping
Compare negative share by topic, store and month, and open the reviews behind any change.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Google review sentiment analysis?
It is measuring how customers feel in the reviews they leave on your Google Maps listings, ideally for each topic they mention, so you can see what drives praise and complaints at each store.
Why not just watch the Google rating?
Google's score is the average of all published ratings and can take up to two weeks to update after a new review. Topic sentiment shows what is changing, and usually earlier.
Do four- and five-star reviews still count as complaints sometimes?
Yes. A five-star review that mentions a slow queue is a positive overall but a negative mention of waiting. Falcon counts each mention on its own.
Does Falcon change our Google Business Profiles?
No. Falcon reads public Google Maps reviews; your profiles stay in Google Business Profile.
Which review sources does Falcon cover?
Google Maps reviews of your stores and Google Play reviews of your app.
